Through health pathways, fellowships, and faculty staffing, we deliver world-class care for our homes.
Pathways
Siamit Pathways supports training and professional development opportunities for the next generation of rural and Indigenous health leaders. The program offers faculty and community mentorship, internships, and research and health planning experiences for youth in Northwest Alaska, as well as rotations for medical residents exploring Indian Health Service careers.
Fellowships
Siamit Fellowships include clinical rotations for fellows at Massachusetts General Hospital as well as a dedicated postgraduate fellowship for early-career Indigenous health workers.
Staffing
Our residents, fellows, and faculty support programs in social medicine, primary care, women’s health, psychiatry, addiction medicine, pediatrics, and emergency medicine in partnership with Maniilaq Social Medicine in Northwest Alaska.
Join
We’re always looking for doctors, NPs, PAs, nurses, and social workers to join the team — as residents, fellows, or faculty. Reach out if you’re interested in joining us.
