How to Apply
Interested teams must be nominated by their supervisors via our online form.
Due Dates
- Nominations must be received by FEBRUARY 28, 2019.
- Upon acceptance of the nominees, an tuition invoice will be sent.
- Invoice payment will be due upon receipt.
- Once payment is received we will provide confirmation of attendance.
Language Proficiency
Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for participation in the Value-Based Health Care Delivery course.
Cost
Tuition per team:
- Team of 3 – USD 1,500
- Team of 4 – USD 1,800
Meals: most meals are covered by the Center
Travel: covered by individual or your organization
Accommodation: covered by individuals or your organization
Attendance
Attendees must participate in all three days of the course.
